About Work Out with Alice
Work Out with Alice aims to help you reach your health and fitness goals through a combination of personalised fitness plans and nutritional advice from a qualified Personal Trainer. My approach will provide you with all of the tools and knowledge you need to make a lasting change to your body whilst still enjoying the food you love and without spending hours in the gym!
Offering 1-1, 2-1 and group PT sessions at my studio in Ellon, as well as online Personal Training, there's an option to suit everyone!
