Started PT with Alice in November and really enjoy going. She is so friendly and makes you feel very at ease whilst pushing you to work your hardest. Would highly recommend going to Alice.

Alice is absolutely fab! I’ve been doing PT with her since July and for the first time ever.. I actually now enjoy exercising! I have gained so much more confidence in myself!
Would 100% recommend Alice, she is super lovely and motivates you to be the best you can be. Alice always mixes each session up and keeps it fun.

I’ve recently completed my January jump start and I’m delighted with the results. 7lbs down and 35cm off. Alice was great too for that mid week support when I felt like going for the biscuit cupboard.
Would definitely do another programme in the near future x x x

I have just completed Alice's January Jump Start group and am really pleased with the progress made in just 4 weeks - a great start to the year! The workouts were really easy to follow and fit in to my week. Alice gave some great hints and tips along the way on how to get the best out of the 4 weeks and kept the group motivated throughout!

As I have been training with Alice for almost 2 years I can hands down say she is literally the best PT I have ever had! She always keeps me on track even though I’ve lost my way ( a few times), shes always there no matter the time of day to answer any of my questions! She’s so encouraging and also very understanding. I feel so relaxed in Alice’s PT studio, she actually makes working out pretty fun. Thankful to have found a PT like Alice. I would highly recommend!

I have been going to Alice now for about 6 months now. I wanted to get back to being fitter and healthier but because I have anxiety I didn’t want to work out in front of others. I contacted Alice to discuss one to one PT sessions. The workouts are personalised to my abilities and fitness level but are also challenging. There is a variety of equipment to use, they are also fun and I enjoy the sessions very much. Alice is on hand to keep you right and repeat instructions which she frequently has to do for me! The studio is private so I don’t have to worry about being seeing by anyone else. I would highly recommend Work Out with Alice especially if you have anxities about working out like I did.

Alice is a great personal trainer, she has a vast knowledge of all things fitness and diet, she can really motivate you to push forward towards a healthier, fitter version of yourself. Alice is super friendly, and her classes are never boring - I highly recommend :-) x
